In the August 9, 2018 edition of Vero Beach 32963, Michelle Genz wrote an article which was entitled “Hospital District grapples with indigent care”.  The entire article was devoted to the District or potential Cleveland Clinic reimbursement for Indian River County indigent care.

Except this:

In her article, she wrote that “Julianne Price, head of the Health Department’s PACE program…has…in separate trips taken trustees Allen Jones, Ann Marie McCrystal and Tracy Zudans over the rutted dirt roads of Gifford and West Wabasso in her minivan to show them the conditions in the neighborhoods where many of the hospital’s indigent care the patients live.”
