AFTER HAVING JUST WRITTEN THAT IN VERO BEACH JOE PALADIN AND JOE PALLADINO WERE JOE KNIGHT, in Palm Pay, James C. Marshall, Director of the Bay Front Community Redevelopment Agency (BFCRA), used to be James Cundiff.

Mr. Marshall, or Mr. Cundiff, became Director of BFCRA on August 10, 2015.

How do we know Mr. Cudiff is Mr. Marshall? A variety of websites, including this one, report that James C Marshall is an alias for James A Cundiff.

While Notable Today™ recognized James Marshall with inclusion in the prestigious Notables List™, which highlights individuals who have become worthy of attention or notice in their local communities though either through career success, demonstrating of a high level of personal integrity, worthwhile volunteer contributions or other considerations, our research indicates that from the period 1989 – 2008, Mr. Cundiff had 25 traffic infractions, of which six had adjudication withheld from the Brevard County Clerk of the Courts and five were dismissed.

Once again, Mr. Marshall became Director of BFCRA on August 10, 2015.

Tom Ford resigned as BFCRA on June 1st.

Then again here is another photo posted by Mr. Holton on November 28, 2014 entitled: “Having a blast at a RMCD happy hour with…James C. Marshall…at Amici’s Beachside Bistro.”
