The Hutton Group is still seeking a Director of Professional Services (DPS) for a Home Health Agency in Vero Beach.

The position is essentially the administrator of the office, responsible for running the branch, budget, P&L, and oversight of staffing and scheduling.

The Director of Professional Services is a title they use in the home care business since they are required to have a nurse, reportable to the Director/Administrator.

The Patient census for the Vero unit ranges from 120 – 150 patients, four full-time nurses (RNs & LPNs) four full-time therapists (PT, OT, and Speech Therapy) plus there is a PRN staff, which is not included in these numbers.

One of the nurses is a Clinical Manager who is responsible for the actual patient care.

There also are office clerks/receptionist.

Salary: $75K- $85K / Bonus- quarterly and up to 25% of salary.

Census: Approximately 150 patients. (There may be multiple clinical managers / teams / depending on the census.)
